Chapter 1366 It’s not right for you to indulge me like this

"I don’t know if it’s because his kissing skills are too good, but she gradually calmed down, responding to him cooperatively.

When the atmosphere was intense, Jasmine Yale was moved.

The air was filled with a warm fragrance, and the temperature was rising steadily.

A long while later, Sylvan Cheney finally stopped kissing her and pulled away.

Jasmine Yale was so thoroughly kissed she was in a daze, her cheeks flushed, her breath mingling with his.

"Come down to eat, okay?"

Jasmine lazily raised her arms: "Hold me."

This time, Sylvan Cheney didn’t argue with her. He lifted her horizontally and carried her out of the bedroom from the bed.

Jasmine curled up in his arms, drawing circles on his chest with her small hand.

Sylvan Cheney carried her all the way from the third floor to the first floor.

"If this keeps up, you won’t even walk anymore," he frowned disapprovingly.

"It’s your fault, shouldn’t you refuse when I ask to be held? This is not right to spoil me like this."

"..." Sylvan Cheney gave her a sidelong glance; what was this, getting a bargain yet still playing coy?

He set her down by the dining table and fetched her a pair of fluffy slippers.

Jasmine Yale enjoyed it tremendously, squinting up at him.

In the past, it was she who did these things for him.

She never thought that one day, he would be this good to her.

Sylvan Cheney crouched down: "Stretch out your foot."

Jasmine obediently extended her fair feet.

Sylvan Cheney clasped her delicate ankle, sliding the slippers onto her feet.

In the end, he added a reminder: "Remember to wear shoes at home, it’s easy to catch a cold in winter with cold feet."

"No worries, the house is very warm, and I like walking barefoot on the carpet," Jasmine Yale smiled at him.

The Cheney Residence was her home now.

She always felt that she lacked ambition, any little kindness from him made her forget all the unpleasant things.

"Not listening?" Sylvan Cheney looked up, narrowing his eyes, a dangerous message in his gaze.

"Listening, listening," Jasmine swiftly nodded.

Sylvan seemed satisfied and finally stood up.

The slippers were warm, Jasmine moved her feet, immensely happy.

Sylvan Cheney didn’t immediately sit down in his spot but took out the cell phone from her sweater pocket.

"You can’t go through my phone."

Sylvan Cheney, as if he heard nothing, fluidly unlocked it, deleted a number, then tossed the phone back to her.

"Let’s eat," he said flatly.

Butler Santana always made a lot of dishes every day, both plentiful and delicious.

Even though it was just Jasmine Yale and Sylvan Cheney, Butler Santana put his heart into it.

Jasmine ate her favorite pork ribs, chatting away with Sylvan.

Just like long ago, she spoke, and he listened.

The Cheney Residence was vast, as always, tranquil.

She and he were like two people warming each other up, very close to each other.

"Will you spend my birthday with me this year?" While talking, Jasmine Yale suddenly asked.

"We’ll see."

A hint of disappointment showed in Jasmine Yale’s eyes: "You haven’t spent my birthday with me for many years, do you not remember my birthday?"

"Eat some more, after eating I’ll take you for a walk by the roadside." Sylvan’s voice was sparse, he served Jasmine some more meat.

"Don’t forget about going to the seaside this Saturday."

"I remember."

Jasmine Yale bowed her head, eating quietly.

Many things, she knew very well, he wouldn’t answer her.

She didn’t ask any further.

After dinner, Sylvan Cheney did keep his promise, planning to take her for a walk.

Jasmine stood in the living room, letting him dress her in a coat.

"This is too thick," Jasmine Yale was dissatisfied.
